If you fail to plan, you plan to fail

In my line of work, planning is extremely important..
In fact, whether your expected deliverables will be delivered on time, and whether you cover the right risks or not, depends a whole lot on planning..

Having said that, it doesn't take a genius to figure this out:

If I've tested the route from A to B, and also tested the route from C to B, and B is considered constant, doesn't it effectively means that I've tested A to C ???

Even more so, why am I testing A to C, when you're telling me that A and C are variables ???

Becos of someone's lack of plain common sense, I worked the whole day yesterday till 8pm doing something that was totally useless, unnecessary, waste of time !!!!

P.L.A.N.N.I.N.G. my dear, is the key to finishing your work on time.

And of cos, common sense.
